SEV.

The trajectory · MMXXVI–MMXXXVI

Ten years, written backwards.

The house does not plan forward from where it stands — it plans backwards from where it ends. The destination is fixed first; every year below it exists to pay for the one above. Read it in either direction.

MMXXV

Standing

The house is founded.

SEV Holding LLC is formed in New York. Wing I is already at work: ISAAC POOLE STUDIO INC. funds the early years and lends the house its taste. Inside the same walls, the second maison is quietly in build — on the house's own time, with the house's own hands.

MMXXVI

Ahead

The second maison is unveiled.

The technology venture takes its name in public. It was never a demo: proven inside a working agency before it ever sold a seat — the house's standing relationship with its own industry, papered to SEV from the day of formation.

MMXXVII

Ahead

The foundation is chartered.

The giving arm takes its name and its legal shell. Craft, software, and capital — pointed at the next generation. The first programs run small before they run loud, and they run before the charter, not after it.

MMXXIX

Ahead

The standing decision.

The wings prove themselves, and the house sets the number that makes the mission structural instead of seasonal: a permanent share of house profit, committed to the giving arm before anyone else is paid. Fixed once, kept forever.

MMXXXI

Ahead

The third wing opens.

Capital — opened only on the house's own cash, never on debt, never early. It acquires businesses whole, backs founders for equity, and holds property. Grants are gifts through the giving arm; funding is equity through this wing. The two never blur.

MMXXXVI

Beyond

Many maisons, one house.

Multiple maisons in every wing. The giving arm owns its own ground — a place where free access stands on land nobody can take back. The house pays for the life it was written backwards from.

The dates will move. The order will not.
